      Description

      As a developer for ASFvOLT16
      I need access to:

      Broadcom BAL 2.4 API available as open source. ASFvOLT16 adapter development presumes availability of the BAL API in source code form. The BAL header files (objects and APIs) are used to derive gRPC protobufs for the ASFvOLT16 adapter and in-OLT driver component.

      This is a tracking story for all other stories that are dependent on the availability of the BAL API release from Broadcom.

      Expected date for this is end of July.
