      Description

      As a asfvolt16 adapter developer:
      I want to use a BAL 2.4 feature to:

      Use the BAL 2.4 OMCI proxy API to pass OMCI packets between the driver and Maple.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Adapter and driver able to send/receive OMCI packets via the vOLTHA adapter proxy interface
      • Implemented in asfvolt16_olt adapter and volta_bal_driver in ASFvOLT16
