      As a asfvolt16 adapter developer:
      I want to use a BAL 2.4 feature to:

      Use the BAL get_stat() API to get the NNI interface statistics.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Driver uses BAL get_stat() API to get the NNI interface statistics.
      • Adapter reports the NNI interface statistics available from driver get_stat() call
      • Implemented in asfvolt16_olt adapter and volta_bal_driver in ASFvOLT16
