      Description

      As a asfvolt16 adapter developer:
      I want to use a BAL 2.4 feature to:

      Ensure that adapter and driver are using the gemPortId that is added by BAL 2.4 to packets using the TrapToHost mechanism.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Adapter and driver are expecting the gemPortId is in TrapToHost packets
      • Implemented in asfvolt16_olt adapter and volta_bal_driver in ASFvOLT16
