I've noticed that no matter if the ONU dying gasp was raised or cleared, the same event name is reported as: ONU_DYING_GASP_EVENT

The event name should be:

1) In case of a raise event: ONU_DYING_GASP_RAISE_EVENT

2) In case of a clear event: ONU_DYING_GASP_CLEAR_EVENT
