      Description

      Some containers in the voltha cluster as well as the cluster itself require specific configuration information to be provisioned. A mechanism to provide this information prior to kicking off the installation process is required. Some of this information must be placed on the members of the cluster to support the installation process, this mechanism must allow for that.
