Description

There is another intermittent problem that is seen with "master".

Pings are failing sometimes even after a successful authentication and DHCP.

This issue is seen randomly on several tests. Logs can be found on failed tests here as an example

OLT Reboot test has the issue

[VOL-2801] : readIndication routine going in an infinite loop on delete device. This is part of many fixes to come while debugging intermittent issues seen where auth/dhcp/ping fail sometimes in various scenarios.: Gerrit Review:

[VOL-2801] : Following OLT reboot, the readIndication receive stream would have already stopped. Sending a stop signal again, would cause subsequent readIndication invocation to immediately stop. We need to first check if the readIndication is running before sending a stop signal: Gerrit Review:
