      Description

      In the previous version of OFDPA, the action of output:controller is not allowed in routing table. As a result, inter-rack ping fails as described in CORD-86. This should be fixed in OFDPA 2.0 GA and above. Verify it. Move forward and fix CORD-86 if it works.
