      Description

Intra-rack ping works. Inter-rack ping fails if there is no IP entry for the destination host on the destination leaf switch. In SpringOpenTTP, a lower priority subnet rule will write a "goto controller" action and the controller will arp for the dst IP within the subnet, and subsequently enter a /32 rule in the dst leaf. In OFDPA, Unicast Routing Table does not allow a "goto controller" action. Leave it here for a while and see if Broadcom is going to accept this feature request. For CORD, we can pre-configured host information to get around this issue.
