Don't think setting `isEdgeRouter` to true or false makes any difference to ONOS, but in case if it does, need a way to find non leaf switches and set isEdgeRouter to false.
Hint: leaf switches can be identified by looking at the hosts from `generateHostJSON` function in configGen.go, since host can only be connected to leaf switches
