OpenOLT - PM Collection Format

A common performance monitoring record type is needed for each PM collection point type, and layer measurement type on the collection point

• Collection point type; for example - vOLT uplink, PON port, ONT uplink
• Layer measurement type; for example - Optical, Ethernet, PON utilization
• Measurement (record type) name
• Reporting entity ID
• Reporting entity name
• start epoch time in microseconds
• stop epoch time in microseconds
• Collected measurements in fields by named key and value

Measurements include counters (e.g. bit error counts) or values (e.g. receive optical power). Status fields (e.g., enabled/disabled) are not measurements.
