VOLTHA Test Adapter

This story covers the development of a “null-device" adapter,
allowing to simulate customer connections and control plane load (subscriber-service related flows) at realistic counts ("horizontal scale"),
supporting related functional, scalability, performance and/or stress testing of e.g. message brokers, northbound agents, interfaces with upstream systems, (incl. e.g. verification of activation/registration flows, multicast control),
so that such functional, integration and performance testing can be done independently of access network hardware (not limited by hardware availability)
as well as in an automated manner.
