      Description

      In certain cases the operators might want to run some applications like PPPoE IA or DHCP RA on the OLT itself instead of an SDN app on ONOS/VGC. This could be especially the case with voltha being used for traditional OLTs which already have these functionality inbuilt.

      This story is to enhance the voltha interface so that if operators want to exercise this path, they would be able to.
