      Failure logged by VOL-5291 patch

       
        Patch submitted to enable verbose mode for the tox command: gerrit:35257

      • jenkins:660 - in addition to long runtime reports warnings about an invalid c++ compiler flag (-std=gnu99)

      This flag is not inlined within the makefile or defined within the repository (grep -r).

       

      Flag may have been pulled in as a default from the docker image repo:voltha-protos jobs are launched from.
