PON threshold values for LOSi, LOFi and LOAMi are 4, 4 and 3 respectively by default and also los_wait_timeout by default it 100ms.
With these values onu down indication not raised to North Bound which leads to stale entries at VOLTHA adaptor.
After changing to below values , we could see onu down indication in openolt.
