Pod configs changes can not be tested before the patch is merged.
There currently is no easy way to test changes done in PC.PC changes must be merged into master in order to be tested.
See if an override parameter can be added to allow jobs to run with the to-be-accepted environment. Similar parameter exists for voltha-system-test with the name “volthaSystemTestsChange”. See if the same can be done for pod-configs with a new parameter like “podConfigsChange”.
