      When running "make voltha-docs-catchall", I get Sphinx error: "Builder name docs not registered or available through entry point". Could be something with my setup.

       

      Try targets out on OSX and with a python version newer than 3.10.x { 3.11 or 3.12 ?} to see if the behavior can be repeated.
