The upstream bandwidth guarantee is not met in the dataplane tests. The tests define that the usage percentage must be between 90% and 105% to pass, both for the upstream and the downstream bandwidth. The latter is met for all the tests, while the former is not. I’m not sure if this is because of the test environment, wrong definition of the margin or a faulty code.
