      Description

      Without Manual intervention, the ASFVOLT16 Adapter in voltha can reconnect to its subtended OLT Driver after an event causing loss of communications occurs - including a switch to a redundant Adapter instance or a reboot of the OLT device. For Phase 1 the solution may use the existing C based GRPC library supplemented by the Adapter polling the OLT Driver periodically to ensure communication can be re-established after a failure.
