repo:voltha-onos -- What version of onosproject/onos should be used ?

Ask during TST meeting if any ONOS component upgrades are needed.

If so inventory all pom.xml files and packages for version info and upgrades.

Rebuild and publish components in hierarchy/dependency order.

This process is painful, some artifacts require 10+ hours to publish into maven central.

What version of Apache Karaf should be used by repo:voltha-onos ?

v4.2.14 is being used:
