      Name: periodic-voltha-pm-data-test-bbsim

      • create unit test for branch voltha-2.12 (voltha-e2e/voltha-2.12.yamli
      • disable test on branch=2.8
      • move versioned jobs from voltha-e2e.yaml into voltha-e2e/{verison}.yaml
      • Verify job 2.12 is launched and v2.8 job is disabled.
