      Description

      We would need help from Joey on changing the pipline for VGC to include 

      • unit-test run
      • publishing the build image to docker
      • running the test suite every commit to check the sanity.

      Also would need permission for running the test suites for VGC and make changes to the testsuite and also schedule them
