The subdirectory voltha-helm-charts/ can be checked out locally by makefile targets but unsure ATM if the subdirectory would normally exist on https://docs.voltha.org.

v-h-c content may require accessing static pages via a '../' reference used in different doc files.

If not the link may need to navigate away from the current docset and either view README.md markup on github or access another URL where v-h-c has been checked out.
