Job # 1386 was debugging/fixing an existing problem, tests could be augmented for the debugging effort but should not be burdened with having to create a test suite from scratch.
Job verify_voltha-openonu-adapter-go_unit-test-tests identified a gap in test coverage that will need to be addressed. Jeknins job # 1386 can be unfrozen after a test suite has been create (job 1386 was made persistent by a button click in the UI so it could be referenced in Jira w/o aging out and being deleted over time).
