      Description

      Sporadically, in the Jenkins test cases in the ATT scenario, the ONUs get stuck in reason "initial-mib-downloaded" because no default eapol flow is configured by the ONOS. In these cases the ONOS logs show the error message "Cannot remove eapol flow for of:00000a0a0a0a0a/256[BBSM000a0001-1] : INSTALLATIONTIMEOUT" (see attached logs in TC log mib-upload-templating-openonu-go-adapter-test\UnknownAttributeOnuGo-combined.log.gz).
