Introduced with VOL-4896, the OLT adapter returns the information whether the target OLT of an OMCI request sent by the ONU adapter is available or not. Based on this information, the ONU adapter can decide whether an ONU specific device event should be sent in case of a then following OMCI timeout, or whether it is suppressed because already the OLT is not available.
