Description

It has to be verified/correlated if the ONU capabilities provided during the mib upload are able to support the configuration requests coming from the voltha core (e.g. regarding the number of supported TCONTs and PriorityQueues). If the requests cannot be supported, a corresponding error must be issued via a Kafka event and the ONU configuration must be stopped.
