      Description

      If a OnuDiscoveryIndication times out, following ones are ignored.

      The behavior has been tracked down to this commit: https://github.com/opencord/voltha-openolt-adapter/commit/e5c6a85e10332be2073ccc784c5def49e5230551 which cases the function to return before the state for an already discovered ONU is cleared
