Existing test suite "ONU_Upgrade.robot" should be adapted to test the following scenario:
- start voltha with BBSIM supporting OMCI baseline message set (EXTRA_HELM_FLAGS=" --set omccVersion=163)
- execute all existing SW-upgrade test cases
- measure and save run time of these test cases
- restart voltha with BBSIM supporting OMCI extended message set (EXTRA_HELM_FLAGS=" --set omccVersion=180)
- execute all existing SW-upgrade test cases
- measure and save run time of these test cases
- compare the time values of the two test runs - the run with the extended message set should be executed much faster
