The following default configuration needs to be in place to certify Zyxel OLT on Berlin pod
1. All the Transceiver ports needs to be enabled by default (the /tmp/onlp_sfp_default file needs to be present on the OLT on
2. Change the NNI port config to default to 100Gbps on NNI0 and NNI1 and disable FEC.
