omci-lib-go - hardening: Adding unknown attribute layer handling for GET responses

To deal with potentially corrupted attribute bitmasks of OMCI GET responses received from buggy ONUs, the omci-lib-go code should be extended to handle unknown attributes for GET responses. This would be useful, for example, if the ONU corrupts the attribute bitmasks of a GET response so that it contains supposedly unknown attributes.
