openonuAdapterGo: Extend hardening test by checking kafka event

The existing hardening test is to extend by checking the kafka event which is sending by openonu go adpter in case of omci communication error. That means after corresponding repeat of unsuccessful sent omci messages openonu go adapter sets up a kafka event to sign the issue. This has to be checked.
