      Description

      The current implementation of the default rules passed to the OLT/ONUs makes use of the device.vlan vlaue. With the introduction of xPON this field is no longer populated and the default flow rules are broken/not correct.

      We require a mechanism to properly create default rules on the OLT and ONU which requires knowledge of corresponding logical port CVID values.
