Description

When an RG sends a DHCP request with a VLAN ID 0, and priority 3, the Calix adapter drops the packet. If the DHCP request is sent w/o a VLAN and with no priority the packet is processed. This is the opposite of the expected behavior where the adapter is supposed to process DHCP ID 0, p.3.
