Description

In the multi-OLT/ONU test, uni ports of individual ONUs are sporadically missing in ONOS after reconciling from Starting-OpenOmci reason in the ATT workflow (seen in https://jenkins.opencord.org/view/All%20Jobs/job/periodic-voltha-multiple-olts-openonu-go-test-bbsim/752/)
