Description

As of 12/17 neither ONOS nor any of the cord onos apps can be released due to timeouts in the existing sonaytpe infrastructure. https://twitter.com/sonatype_ops/status/1471099908300189705

The issue has been mitigated by releasing a custom built voltha-onos image (5.0.4-rc1) that includes all the right binaries from local repositories.
