Ping does not work after subscriber removing and add for Alpha and Iskratel XGPON ONUs with BAL3.10.

This issue is not seen with BAL3.4, however there isn't any issue with the configuration on the OLT or ONU that is evident to indicate any particular issue. After analyzing the counters on the ONU, it is understood that DHCP Request/Response go through the right gem ports (basically DHCP procedure goes fine). Then during PING, the ARP Request/Reply is exchanged fine on the right gem port, however the ICMP request comes on a wrong gem port to the OLT and OLT drops the packet.

The Workaround for this issue is to reboot the ONU.
