      Description

      • If a flow operation fails, the OLT adapter should return an error to the core.
      • OLT adapter should roll back itself from a failure, and leave a clean environment for a possible retry or reprovisioning.
      • Free gemPort, send gemPortDelete request to the ONU adapter after the gem port is removed from the OLT.
      • Remove US/DS scheduler/queues if and only if gemports of the related instance are not used by any flows, and the associated alloc-id is not used by other UNI ports.
