ONU upgrade to multiple ONU devices control insufficient, possibly leads to adapter crash

When requesting download to multiple ONU adapters rwCore 'translates' this request to many separate download requests to the ONU adapter in a loop. This has the effect that possibly in the ONU adapter unintentionally multiple downloads are started to the adapter with unwanted side effects on the internal data base. This may possibly also have the effect of ONU adapter crash, as the access to the file download parameters seems to get unreliable. Accordingly some extra robust verifications on the data seems to be required.
