ME of the MAC bridge service profile

We now find that:
After the OLT is created and enabled, the adapter open ONU component can transmit the ME of the MAC bridge service profile. At this time, we do not configure any flows.
When we configure the flows service in onos, the adapter open ONU component does not transmit the ME of the MAC bridge service profile.
The managed entity ID of the MAC bridge service profile is 002d
The attached files are the contents of the network-cfg.json, etcd databases and log of adapter open onu.
Please help analyze the reason why the adapter open ONU component did not transmit the ME of MAC bridge service profile.
