i ran these tests in series without a restart in between. the system seems to be left in a state where a device won’t enable. the tests run were e2e functional, bbsim alarms, failure scenarios, error scenarios, reconcile. all passed except reconcile. again seems to be left in a state where a device will not enable (even when manually created).
