The OMCI parser failed to decode a few of the Alarm Bitmasks for the ME's that VoIP service in v2.9 of voltha is expected to need.
This was first reported in the OpenONU conference call in mid-September 2021.

NOTE: The AVCs highlighted in the document above are not errors as the AVC notification has always been supported. It would (in a future feature) be nice to have AVC specialized parsing, fetching, and validation much like the alarm bitmask is handled in order to make library user code a little easier to read and understand. AVCs (or reporting them to higher layers) is not part of the OpenONU device adapter at this time.
