voltha system test: extend test suite to check correct indication of abort download

      Description

      Start a SW Upgrade download for ONU and set up abort command 'voltctl device onuimage abort <image_name>'. Check correct response of abort comand as well as image status via 'voltctl device onuimage status <image_name> and image list via ' voltctl device onuimage list'.
