      Description

      OLT delete cleanup fails in ONOS with the following error in robot logs.
       
      Teardown failed: Keyword 'Validate Deleted Device Cleanup In ONOS' failed after retrying for 1 minute. The last error was: Several failures occurred: 1) 5 != 0 2) 1 != 0 3) 13 != 0 4) 1 != 0 5) 1 != 0 6) 1 != 0
