onuimage download failure status in case of wrong device-id

Not sure if it is only related to rw-core, maybe also voltctl is affected here:
When trying the 'device onuimage download' command with wrongly (by mistake) selected device-if of the OLT, no error indication is given, just some empty status. The same applies to checking the state using 'device onuimage status'.
In my point of view some error indication should be given to the user on the according voltctl commands (maybe also accordingly within the image states - I'm not sure).
The OnuAdapter is not involved in this procedure here.
