voltha system test: extend test suite to check correct indication of download from wrong url

      Description

      The existing test suite tests/software-upgrades/ONU_Upgrade.robot should be extended to verify also that a download from a wrong url is correctly abborted with the 'download-failed' indication.

      Test should be similar to https://jira.opencord.org/browse/VOL-3935
