voltctl - error messages are not displayed

      Description

      Command below is rejected by open-onu-adapter returning the error message "command-rejected-improper-device-state". But at the voltctl user interface one can see only the cryptic error message below. The error messages from the apps should always be displayed in voltctl-response.
