PM-Data: Missing metric event UNI-Status

Sporidally a metric event of UNI-Satatus is missing, mainly in DT workflow, baut also seen in ATT workflow.

Before error two further testcases runs successfully with a duration of more than 30 minutes. Mayb the issue belongs to setting the frequency of the metric event.
