Description

Currently tests are failing. Patch that stated the failure is https://gerrit.opencord.org/c/bbsim/+/25303 has broken tests here: https://jenkins.opencord.org/view/VOLTHA-2.X-Tests/job/periodic-voltha-test-DMI/260/

Need to update required version in grpc-robot library, currently DMI is 1.0.0 while the latest testable is 0.12.0
