      Description

      UniTagInformation should be changed because of the new bandwidth profiles.

      Multi UNI service requires to have different bandwidth profile fields for ONU and OLT devices.

      upstreamOltBandwidthProfile and downstreamOltBandwidthProfile fields should be added near to upstreamBandwidthProfile and downstreamBandwidthProfile.
